Shipping
Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item sold via House of Boost unless otherwise specified. House of Boost’s standard method of shipping is via Ground, unless otherwise specified or prior arrangements have been made. Next day air, and Second day are available upon request where applicable, and are subject to additional charges. All shipments to AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, and international orders are subject to additional charges, fees, and duties. Export shipping must be arranged in advance with House of Boost. The customer is responsible for all duties, customs fees, and shipping chargers required for product delivery to destination. All payments on exports must be made in advance via US Funds wire transfer only.

An order is considered shipped as soon as it is verified that the product is in stock and the order has been processed. A shipped order is subject to all the return policies laid out below. There will be a charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused, along with ordinary return policy and shipping costs, including original shipping costs that House of Boost may have incurred. Due to shipper restrictions House of Boost cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Some orders will be charged in part or in full prior to product shipment, and/or are subject to a prior deposit.

Inspection of products should occur upon product arrival. Any claims of damage, shortage, or errors must be reported to House of Boost, or product manufacturer within 10 days of arrival. Damages to packages or products must be claimed in accordance with the carriers terms and policies. Please call or E-mail if you have any further shipping questions or concerns.

Payment Methods
House of Boost accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover as well as Cash, Certified Checks, Wire Transfers, Money orders, and Paypal payments from verified Paypal accounts. Payments maid by personal check will be subject to delays incurred while check clearing occurs, unless prior arrangements by House of Boost have been made. We offer C.O.D shipping on limited in-stock items with a total no more then $1000, and will be subject to an additional $9.00 C.O.D fee. International orders must be pre-paid via wire transfer of US Funds only. Some orders will be charged in part or in full prior to product shipment, and/or are subject to a prior deposit. Returns & Refunds
Returns of new, unused products must be pre-approved by House of Boost, or product manufacturer. Absolutely no returns are accepted after 30 days of time of purchase. Absolutely no returns on special order items, non-stocking items, or electronics. Prior to a products return please contact the House of Boost via phone or E-mail to receive return details and RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns made will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and manufacturer’s restocking fees, as well as any shipping occurred by the House of Boost. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number as well as a copy of the House of Boost sales invoice. No C.O.D or freight collect shipments will be accepted to House of Boost on returned items.

Freight charges WILL be reimbursed if you received a defective part or if the part you ordered was not the one received. Freight charges WILL NOT be reimbursed if you ordered the wrong part or you decide you do not want/need the product ordered. All logos, images, and products contained on the House of Boost web site and online store are used with permission and are property of their respective owners. “House of Boost” name and logos are registered trademarks, and cannot be reproduced in ANY manner without explicit, prior, and written approval.

Warranty Policy
All products sold by House of Boost are fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship by the respective manufacturers. All products sold by House of Boost are designed for racing or performance applications. Many manufacturers offer no warranty either stated or implied, due to the environment they are used in. The buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products. Please call or E-mail if you have any further warranty questions or concerns.

Emissions, Carb, & EO
Most products are designed for off-road use only and are not intended for use on public highways. House of Boost is not responsible for parts not being smog or emissions compliant in your area. It is up to the purchaser to check their local agencies to ensure legality of any parts they are purchasing. Privacy Policy
House of Boost may collect personal information when selling products or when in contact with our customers. This information may include any or all of the following, Name, Address, gender, phone number, auto or marine vehicle information, credit card info, or other. House of Boost will not under ANY circumstances share, trade, give away, or sell personal account information. House of Boost collects information in secure formats during all exchanges of information. All information that is collected by the House of Boost is used for internal purposes only.
