Ford 5.4L Truck & SUV Fuel Rail System, P/N 14118
With this complete, 5.4 Street Rail System, you replace the OE fuel rails and regulator with Aeromotive Billet, 5.4L High Flow Fuel Rails and remote-mount, boost reference, adjustable regulator. The system connects without cutting any of the original equipment fuel lines, using the included adapters. All the necessary SS braided lines, fittings with O-rings, AN hose-ends and complete installation instructions are included.

Includes the new 5.4L Billet Fuel Rails from Aeromotive with high flow 5/8" ID, beautifully bright dip annodized in Aeromotive Red.
All required fuel lines are provided, utilizing 100% AN style SS (stainless steel)braided hose for safety and high flow.
Custom, SS Spring-Lock adapter fittings are provided for snap-connect conversion of fuel supply and return lines.
1/8" NPT gauge ports available at both the SS high pressure adapter and regulator, supporting under-hood and in-dash gauges.
Complete with high flow, 1:1 boost reference Aeromotive regulator P/N 13101, remote mounted for easy pressure adjustments.
Base fuel pressure adjustable from 35-70 psi.
