What is House of Boost?

House of Boost® is an aftermarket performance company utilizing over 20 years of automotive industry experience. Specializing in forced induction products, House of Boost is dedicated to designing, selling, and installing the products that get our hearts racing–show quality, high performance parts for vehicles that are more than just trailer queens and magazine fantasies. We build cars and trucks that are true ground pounding street machines just begging to be noticed. Or as we like to say, “We make fast stuff FASTER.”

What do we do?

Offering professional performance parts creation, installation and sales services, House of Boost is a retail distributor of both proprietary and existing name-brand performance products. Our primary focus is automotive and marine forced induction systems and components, though we are not a repair shop or a typical bolt-on parts installer.

With full-time technical and customer service availability, in-house design/marketing staff, and engineering and production capabilities off-site, we offer the full spectrum of performance parts services. From concept to design, production to sales, we have the capacity to take innovative product ideas from the drawing board to a customer’s hands. This unique “one-stop shop” concept is part of what sets us apart from many other automotive performance facilities.

What does BOOST mean?

Forced Induction is a term used to describe internal combustion engines that are not naturally aspirated. Instead, a compressor is added to the air intake, such as a turbo or supercharger, increasing the quantity of oxygen available for combustion. With more air available for combustion, an engine can generate more power. This compressed air is referred to as charge-air, or BOOST.

Where did it all begin?

As service advisors, sales reps, racecar builders, and performance technicians, Dorian and Erik developed years of hands-on experience in the aftermarket performance industry. They created the House of Boost name in 2004 as they customized local cars and trucks for friends, family, and often other performance shops in their spare time, while also working for a leading supercharger manufacturer. After many of their builds were featured in national auto magazines, they decided it was time to find an outlet to display their creations– houseofboost.com was born. Not all of the cars on the site were built by House of Boost, but that doesn't mean they didn’t belong there. The mission of the original website was simply to prove that you didn’t have to be super wealthy or at the mercy of publicity-hungry sponsors to afford a show-quality, high-performance ride.

As a professional entity, House of Boost now aims to be the first in line to offer quality forced induction performance parts and packages to automotive and marine enthusiasts. We hope to achieve this by earning a reputation for providing quality sales service, customer service, and technical service. Whether you come to us for a simple bolt-on part install, or in search of the next magazine cover car, we have the experience and capabilities to complete the task. At House of Boost, you’ll gain a race-hardened performance ally able to satisfy your performance addictions: speed, style, knowledge and POWER.

Our 5,000 square foot installation facility will then allow us the option to implement and oversee these solutions to ensure timely and professional service.
